Tammy lacks core strength

Tammy wonders if she is strong enough to hang herself from the hook for a full minute.

She tries holding herself up with her feet off of the ground and, upon discovering that this is more difficult than she had anticipated, blames her lack of diligence at the gym, and years of neglecting her abs.

Despite her doubts, this appears to be Tammy’s only idea, as it’s what she sticks with. Tammy places the bag over her own head, and hangs from the hook by one hand, with her other hand holding onto the ladder rung above it, as Antoine starts his timer.

In the studio, Louis admits that he’d found Tammy’s attempt moving, as she had given it her all. Tammy is surprised, as she had been certain that he was going to call her pathetic.

Antoine then plays some additional footage of her attempt, revealing that she had actually only held herself aloft for 16 seconds.

Despite her plea that she should earn something for lasting a quarter of the required time, Louis awards Tammy no points.
