Phil rage-quits

During his attempt at this task, Phil is wearing a very obvious wig of black hair underneath his yellow hat, and it is never acknowledged.

Phil searches the shed, and quickly locates a pile of bricks, but ignores them, reasoning that they will tear the bag. He also notices some bags of sand, but also dismisses them as potentially hazardous.

Phil wonders if he could line the bag with something to protect it, and also to help him equally distribute the weight. His solution is to make a safety harness out of various straps that he finds in the shed, which he wraps around one of the sand bags, and fastens to a hook.

He then places this construction inside the plastic bag, wraps the bag’s handles around the harness hook, and then hangs the harness hook from the scale’s hook.

The weight of Phil’s creation almost immediately breaks the line connecting the scale to the ladder, before Antoine can even officially start the clock.

Instead of waiting for Antoine or the production crew to set the scale back up for him, an annoyed Phil just walks away from the scene (in the studio, Mona likens it to rage-quitting).

Despite Phil rightfully pointing out that the scale had been the issue, he earns no points.
