Maria throws some golf balls

Maria lifts the bucket, but only three or four golf balls spill out of the bottom before the remaining balls shift position in such a way that they block the hole.

Maria’s strategy is to place as many golf balls as possible at the very edge of the golf hole, and to then hit something at them, to putt the balls in.

After she sets up about a dozen golf balls around the edge of the hole, she starts to walk back towards the shed with her bucket. It is at this point that the remaining balls in the bucket shift enough that the hole in its bottom becomes unblocked, and all of the remaining balls spill out onto the ground.

After collecting golf balls, Maria returns to the shed and starts throwing them towards the golf hole. Unfortunately, her throws constantly miss.

After a few tries using a squash racquet to hit the balls (which gives even worse results), Maria goes back to just throwing the balls. Her aim eventually improves slightly, and she manages to knock a few of the balls positioned around the edge of the hole into it.

In total, Maria gets just five balls into the hole, and earns last place.
