Steve becomes ‘Manny Quinn’
In the lab, Steve is seen donning a surgical mask and apron, while the mannequin lies on the table. Steve is then seen doing many things to the mannequin, such as detaching its body parts, cutting it open, and then donning its skin. He also draws eyes onto the skin suit, calling them the “windows to the soul”.
After the Frankenstein-esque scene in the lab, Alex is seen entering the living room with two cups of tea on a tray, and then sitting down. Off to the side, Steve is standing wearing the mannequin’s skin, with a sad face drawn onto it. He is also wearing a flowery Hawaiian shirt, a scarf, and glasses, and is holding a task brief.
Alex opens up the task brief and reveals that it reads “Ask me to dance.” He then asks the mannequin if it would like to dance, and Steve responds in a feminine voice. Alex then introduces himself to her, and she introduces herself as “Manny Quinn”, before sharing that she’s very lonely and would love to dance with Alex as it makes her feel “so alive”.
As they dance, Manny is overjoyed to the point where she passionately kisses Alex afterwards. She says that she feels so alive and thanks Alex for the wonderful dance.
In the studio, Greg asks for some backstory, and Steve responds by saying that Manny just wanted to feel alive. He adds that when he was given the task to make the mannequin come alive, his mind immediately drew him to Frankenstein. Greg says he thinks that the attempt should be heavily rewarded because the mannequin was the most alive, while Alex agrees, describing it as “forceful”.
Steve and Manny Quinn earn 5 points.
