Season synopsis

Series 17 of Taskmaster UK began airing on the 28th of March 2024.

The cast for the series was comprised of Joanne McNally, John Robins, Nick Mohammed, Sophie Willan, and Steve Pemberton.

The studio sessions were recorded between the 25th and 29th of September 2023.

Notes

  • On 15 March 2023, it was reported that Channel 4 had commissioned an additional six seasons of Taskmaster UK.
  • In June 2023, Avalon donated a VIP Taskmaster studio filming experience to the Piece of Mind: The Brain Tumour Charity Auction fundraiser, the details of which disclosed that the studio filming sessions would be taking place between the 25th and 29th of September 2023.
  • On the 29th of February 2024, it was reported by FreeSat that the season was due to start airing on the 28th of March 2024. This air date was confirmed by the official Taskmaster social media accounts on the 12th of March.
