Henriette's undeserved lifetime TV subscription

Henriette brings in a card which she received from the TV network TV2, when she was pregnant, awarding her a lifetime subscription to TV Sumo.

She explains that the subscription expired after a year and, when she contacted customer services to ask them to fix it, she was abruptly informed that she had only been given an annual subscription and that, if she thought she should have a lifetime one, she should take it up with the individual who gave her the card.

Atle awards her 3 points for her undeserved subscription.

In the comments of the YouTube video of this task, the customer services rep with whom Henriette had corresponded posted a comment which translates as follows:

I didn't hate you Henriette! But I had no idea who you or Hatlevik were, and your message gave no explanation as to why you should get a lifetime subscription to Sumo, when that didn't exist. I'm sorry about that. PS: I heard about it from the boss the next day and you received an apology, as far as I can remember. Kind regards, Øyvind

Henriette responded to this (using her son's YouTube account) with her own comment, which translates as:

😂Oh Øyvind!! You were just doing your job! I have had great enjoyment of this email and completely agree with both your reasoning and that it was a bad presentation of the case from me. I just seemed like a crazy person, so then you had to make yourself clear🧡
