Title context

Taskmaster Intro
Nau mai, haere mai, and welcome to Taskmaster. My name's Jeremy Wells, and I was installed in this job after the previous democratically elected host was overthrown in a bloody coup masterminded by the CIA. It's unfortunate things got to that point, but I think we can all agree it was for the best, because now I am the Taskmaster. We are gathered here tonight to see five as yet uncancelled New Zealand comedians battle it out to win this ― the Taskmaster trophy.
Note: ‘Nau mai, haere mai’ is Māori for ‘You are welcome, come’.
Assistant Intro
And, as always, here to do all the dirty work so I can keep my hands clean, like a deadpan dog poo bag, it's Paul Williams.
Taskmaster's Sign-off
Nga mihi o te po. Goodnight.
Note: ‘Nga mihi o te po’ is Māori for ‘Good night wishes’.
