Find the apples
- In this task the contestants are presented with a grid of nine tables, each of which has an upturned bowl on it, and are asked to find all of the apples. One of the bowls has under it another item (e.g. a green egg, or a lime) which, if discovered, leads to their disqualification. A number of clues are hidden around the location, providing clues as to the number of apples to be discovered, and the layout of the items across the tables.

Adaptations
In this festive version of the task, the contestants must find a ‘naughty elf’ under one of 12 boxes decorated as Christmas presents, and are disqualified if they uncover a framed photo of Louis. All of the objects under the remaining boxes are different to one another, and are mostly Christmas-themed.
