Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Iain initially looked through the gaps in the picnic benches to see what was under the bowls. Despite finding the message saying that there were 5 pink ladies - and finding 5 pink ladies - Iain decided to showboat, and ended up finding the green egg, disqualifying him from the task.
- Joe initially looked through the gaps in the picnic benches to see what was under the bowls. After finding 5 pink ladies, Joe found the grid showing the locations of the pink ladies.
- Lou initially looked through the gaps in the picnic benches to see what was under the bowls. She then found the message on the cow saying that there were 5 pink ladies, and the grid pattern revealing their locations, but ran out of time. She managed to find 4 pink ladies.
- Paul spent his time working out the odds of finding a pink lady. He managed to find 2 pink ladies.
- Sian randomly guessed which bowls had pink ladies under them. Although she found 4 pink ladies, she also found the green egg, realising as soon as she had touched the bowl, disqualifying her from the task.
