Put something surprising inside a receptacle
- In this task the contestants are instructed to put something surprising or unusual inside a receptacle, such as a chocolate egg, plastic lemon, or handbag.
- In some versions of the task, the Taskmaster or their assistant reveals the item, while in others the contestants reveal it themselves as part of their attempt.
- The most surprising or unusual item wins.

In this version of the task the contestants must put something unusual inside a plastic lemon container.
In this version of the task, the contestants are instructed to take the most surprising thing out of a bag. However, the objective of the task is essentially still to put something surprising into the given receptacle. The only real difference is that the contestants then reveal the item themselves, rather than the Taskmaster or their assistant doing it.
