Strike the bullseye with your paint
- In this task, the contestants are wearing a helmet with a full cup of paint on top of it, and must attempt to spill that paint on a target on the ground some distance away.
- To reach the target, the contestants must only step on circular markers on the ground, which take them through a series of obstacles.
- The contestants must also keep their hands below their waist at all times, and must step on all of the markers, which is complicated by the fact that some markers have been placed within a nearby structure, and are therefore easy to miss.
- The task is complicated further by a break in the path of markers, which forces the contestants to collect and re-use previous markers in order to reach the target.
Adaptations
In this version of the task, there are additional markers which must be stepped upon in the shed, rather than in a geodesic dome. Markl will alert the contestants to the existence of these markers, but only once the contestants have already made their way inside of the cordoned-off area of lawn containing the target.
