- In the post-finale Q&A session hosted by the season's cast, it was disclosed that this task was almost cut from the show, but Matt Heath was so excited to see it that the production team felt they had to keep it in.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- David convinced Paul to hire Guy and Laura as pigeon hunters, before stepping outside the room with Paul, who had set a laser alarm. Guy and Laura then used 'laser mist' to find the lasers before using a blanket to 'catch the pigeons', secretly taking the portrait out under the blanket. They received 2 points each.
- Matt and Urzila turned off the lights before knocking Paul out. They then attempted to dodge the lasers whilst holding umbrellas, failing terribly, before stealing the portrait. They received 4 points each.
