Eero’s historical double
After reading the task bried, Eero wonders if he can find a non-human doppelganger. However, he seems to abandon this idea quickly, as he does not mention it again, even as a preamble to revealing his actual chosen doppelganger.
Eero unveils a portrait of the Austrian composer Alban Maria Johannes Berg (1885-1935) as a younger man, and there is a decent resemblance between the two of them.
Eero provides a brief introduction to Berg, explaining that he was a composer and a member of the Second Viennese School (pupils of the composer Arnold Schoenberg), before then either actually or jokingly forgetting the rest of his research, and pulling out his phone to check his notes.
Eero notes that – much like himself – despite having a relatively small body of work, Berg “rose to immense fame”, and that his later works in particular are considered classics.
Jaakko awards Eero joint first place.
