Pamela has no patience for clownery
Pamela first opens the garden-related items task brief. After a moment of confusion, she takes the toy wheelbarrow to the shed in search of items. Pamela’s chosen items include a rake and a shovel, which she appears to have carried in her free hand instead of in the toy wheelbarrow (which she carries in her other hand, rather than pushing it), but this infraction is not brought up.
Pamela next opens the bowling task brief, which she completes by throwing her shoe at the skittles, resulting in a strike.
Pamela’s third task brief is the jigsaw-hiding one, and she simply empties the box of jigsaw pieces onto the ground near a tree, beneath some tall grass.
Pamela then opens up her next task brief, giving an exasperated look to Pilvi as she reads the brief to herself before informing the camera of its contents: “assemble the jigsaw puzzle”. Pamela retrieves her pieces and assembles the puzzle on the stairs leading up to the porch, commenting that it (or possibly, the entire task) was surprisingly difficult to do.
Pamela’s next task is the one requiring her to place her hand on her hip, though she is not shown reading it.
Finally, a one-handed Pamela builds a brick tower.
In the studio, Jaakko comments on Pamela’s expression that she had made when reading the jigsaw assembly task. Pamela confirms that when she’d read it, she’d wondered about the “clownery” presented by the interconnected tasks.
Pamela is revealed to have completed all six tasks in 12 minutes and 32 seconds, and she earns third place.
