Wil’s suspicion pays off

Wil immediately begins to wonder out loud why they have to look for a minivan, and questions whether it’s a fun play on words. He goes on to ask whether there’s another sock somewhere else, not on the balcony, where the minivan might be.

He starts to have a look around the property, with Tom Cashman following behind him, limping. Wil soon spots Tom’s limp and asks him whether there’s a minivan in his sock. He then removes Tom’s sock, and the minivan falls out of it.

As he leaves the scene, Wil apologises to whoever had gone to all the fuss of hanging all the socks up on the balcony.

In the studio, Tom Gleeson asks Wil “Why do you have to suck all the joy out of the show? We’re supposed to watch you struggle!”.

Wil found the minivan without taking down any socks, and so he wins the task and earns 5 points.
