Andy regrets his choice of word

Andy stares in silence at camera one for a while, not responding when Alex asks whether he’s alright.

He then pretends to see a fly on the arm of his cricket sweater, and slowly removes his helmet so he can lean in and then gobble the fly up.

He counts through the letters on the task brief to find the relevant ones, and correctly interprets them as referring to the wax seal on the envelope, which he removes to find the actual objective of the task. He then says the word ‘query’, before lamenting that he could instead have gone with ‘quesadilla’.

In the studio, Greg asks Andy at what point during the filming process for this show he had begun to regret wearing full cricket whites as his costume. Andy responds that he’s never been in a situation in life where he hasn’t thought “This would be better if I was in cricket whites”, so claims to have had no regrets at all.

When Andy then asks Greg if he ever regrets “sitting in a big throne like that”, Greg initially say no. However, when Andy then asks “Does it not make the rest of your life seem mundane?”, Greg has to admit that it actually does.

Alex reveals that Andy had completed the task in 7 minutes and 54 seconds, and this earns him 3 points.
