Everyone learns about the hot dog outfit
Jack arrives in the hallway, looks Alex up and down, and then asks him what he’s wearing. After reading the task brief, he clarifies with Alex that it isn’t a task that’s happening right now, but will happen later. When Alex suggests that it’s “still fun, though”, Jack responds sarcastically that “the fun never stops”, and says he’s “having a ball”.
Babatunde arrives in the hallway and just laughs at Alex.
Emma arrives in the hallway and asks Alex how he’s doing, while obviously amused by what he’s wearing. She then tells him that she thinks his costume is “amazing”, and says she’s never seen it before. She initially misunderstands the task brief, thinking it’s telling her to wear the outfit she is already wearing for all of her tasks. When Alex clarifies that it means the outfit he’s wearing, she responds with “Oh, Jesus Christ”.
Andy arrives in the hallway wearing his full cricket outfit, and for some reason initially checks the ceiling. When Alex greets him, he shows no reaction at all to what Alex is wearing.
Rosie arrives in the hallway and asks Alex what life choices had brought him to be standing the wearing what he’s wearing. Alex suggests that he’d have to trace his choices all the way back to his childhood, prompting Rosie to suggest that his parents were the cause. After reading the task brief, Rosie asks if there is a “right answer”, and Alex explains that the right answer would be to wear the costume in a task where she does well.
