Babatunde claims that the bingo machine is racist

When Alex asks Babatunde how far he thinks he just walked, he estimates “a few yards”. When Alex asks him how he is, he responds “I’m great, bro”. When Alex asks him if he’d slept well the previous night, he responds “No, I have a four-month old”. When Alex asks him if he’d had any peculiar dreams, he says that he can’t remember his dreams.

After he’s read the task brief, Alex informs Babatunde that he has 2 minutes and 42 seconds to complete the task.

Babatunde throws a 5 with the die and moves on to barrel 2. When Alex asks him if humans have the same number of neck bones as giraffes, he incorrectly answers “False”. When Alex asks him if all the electricity powering the internet weighs the same as a school bus, he correctly answers “False”, and moves on to barrel 3.

He draws the card from the top of the deck of playing cards, and it turns out to be red, so he moves on to barrel 4. He incorrectly guesses that Alex’s whistle is in his right hand, before correctly guessing that it’s in his left hand, so then moves on to barrel 5.

He starts spinning the bingo machine far too fast for any of the balls to pop out, so Alex advises him to slow down. The first ball to pop out is number 55, so he has to try again. The second ball to pop out is number 29, so he has to return to barrel 1 and start again, with just 1 minute and 1 second of his time remaining.

Babatunde rolls a 1 on the die and returns to barrel 2. When Alex asks him whether one in every 15 people has a third nipple, he correctly answers “False”, and moves on to barrel 3 again. After successfully drawing a red card from the deck of playing cards, he moves on to barrel 4, where he correctly identifies in which hand Alex is holding his whistle.

With 20 seconds remaining, Babatunde moves on to barrel 5. However, he struggles to get the machine to drop a ball for him, and claims that it’s “rigged”, as his time runs out.

In the studio, Babatunde repeats his allegation that the bingo machine was rigged, before adding “It was racist”.

Alex confirms that Rosie and Babatunde had both ended up on barrel 5, so they both earn 3 points.
