Andy covers a dismembered leg with crap

Andy leaves the living room and returns with a dirty mannequin leg and hips.
As he begins to brush away some of the dirt around its buttocks, he announces that he is going to clean Italy into the dismembered mannequin.
He creates the River Tiber river across the leg by pouring some blue cleaning fluid onto it, adds a rubber duck to represent Rome, adds snow-capped mountains to one of the buttocks using soap froth, and then pours hot sauce over a funnel balanced on the mannequin’s head, to represent Mount Etna on Sicily.
As his finished work is revealed in the studio, Emma states “That is toxic”, and Babatunde says “That looks so wrong”. Alex reveals that Andy had named the duck “Il Ducky”, referencing Benito Mussolini’s nickname of ‘Il Duce’.
When Greg questions whether “covering a dismembered leg with crap” constitutes cleaning the leg, Andy points out that he’d used cleaning products for his creation. He acknowledges that hot sauce isn’t generally used as an “external cleaning fluid”, but suggests that downing a bottle of the stuff would clean you out internally, very effectively.
When Greg shares that he’s not moved by Andy’s creation, Andy argues that “You’re not insulting me, you’re insulting the entire nation of Italy”. Greg responds with “So be it”, but awards Andy 2 points “purely for his ambition”.
