Abby ignores the hole and reinterprets the task

Abby completely misses the point of the hole in the wall, and instead tries throwing marshmallows from one side of the wall, and then running around it to catch them in her mouth.

After several failed attempts, she re-reads the task brief in search of a loophole, deciding to interpret “Throw a marshmallow over the wall” and “catch it in your mouth” as two separate actions which don’t necessarily have to be done at the same time.

She therefore begins simply throwing marshmallows over the wall, and then retrieving them from the ground and throwing them into her mouth from a much closer distance. She fails her simplified version of the task several times before eventually catching a marshmallow in her mouth.

Abby completes the task after nine attempts, but she is disqualified because Jeremy doesn’t accept her reinterpretation of the task brief.
