Tofiga suggests catapulting kids or small dogs

Tofiga places his egg between two cushions from the caravan. After Paul fetches some rope for him, he ties the cushions together.

As Paul is preparing the catapult for firing, Tofiga asks him if he has fired anything else with it. After Paul confirms “just eggs”, Tofiga asks him if he’s tried firing kids or small dogs.

After the pillows are loaded onto the catapult, Paul pulls the string to launch it, but it fails to work. Tofiga yells “Cool!”, before adding “You would have lost the war by now”, just as Paul manages to launch the egg. Tofiga then says “What a stink catapult, man”, before they check the egg and discover that it had remained intact.

In the studio, Josh, representing Tofiga, says “a poor craftsman blames his tools. I don’t wanna have a go at Paul.” before pointing out that it would be unfair to penalise Tofiga for Paul’s lack of strength while trying to launch the catapult.

After Paul points out that a good craftsman congratulates his tools, he gives a shout-out to the catapult. Ben responds to Paul that “Actually, I think you’re a marvellous tool”, thus coining the episode title.

Tofiga earns 4 points for protecting his egg.
