Virginie uses specialised equipment

After reading the task brief, Virginie runs out of the lab in search of something to help her, and returns with a machine specifically designed for blowing up balloons (as previously seen as part of Phil Roy’s failed domino run).
With the aid of the machine, Virginie is able to blow up two balloons at a time – although she still considers doing three at a time, attempting to blow up a balloon with her mouth while holding two onto the nozzles of the machine.
When Virginie feels that she has blown up enough balloons, she leaves the lab once again in search of “something pointy”, returning with a kitchen knife. Virginie starts popping her balloons just after the 7:30 mark, and manages to pop all of them with just over two minutes to spare.
In the studio, Virginie expresses some discontent with her attempt, pointing out that Alex had managed to inflate more balloons manually than she had with the machine.
Virginie pops 20 balloons, and earns second place.
