In this version of the task the contestants have 10 minutes, and are disqualified if they leave any inflated balloons unpopped.

Task brief
The task brief is presented on a plinth in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Inflate, tie, and pop as many balloons as possible in 10 minutes.
Once you pop your first balloon, you may not inflate any more balloons.
If any of your balloons are still inflated after 10 minutes, you are disqualified.
The most balloons popped wins.
Also, you may not look at a watch, clock, or any other device that calculates time.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- Also on the plinth, there is a large bowl of uninflated Le Maître du Jeu-branded balloons.
- On the ground next to the plinth, there is a handheld balloon pump, which is either incredibly cheap, or deliberately broken.
