Fill, tie, and burst as many balloons as possible in 10 minutes.
After bursting the first balloon, you can’t fill any more.
If any balloon is full after 10 minutes, you’re disqualified.
The one with the most burst balloons wins.
Also, you may not look at any clock, or see the time on any device.
