You can pop the balloons in any way you want, but one must be inflated until it pops, one must pop due to an external threat, and one must be popped in a unique way.

Once a contestant has declared a popping method as unique, no-one else may use it.

The one who pops all three balloons in the closest to one minute wins.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, each standing behind a table.
On each table, there are three uninflated balloons (two round ones, and one long one), a candle, a box of matches, a cactus in a pot, and a balloon pump.
A large digital clock is positioned in front of the contestants, against the edge of the edge of the upper tier of the stage, so that they cannot see it, but the audience can.
