Season synopsis
Season 5 of Kongen Befaler began airing on the 24th of February, returning to its normal season length of 10 episodes.
The contestants in this season were Harald Eia, Janne Formoe, Henrik Elvestad, Kristine Grændsen, and Martin Lepperød.
Notes
- On the 2nd of December 2021 it was announced that tickets were available for the live studio filming sessions at Drammen's Theatre, with 10 filming sessions taking place between the 17th and 30th of January 2022.
- It was revealed that the contestants for this series would be Harald Eia, Janne Formoe, Henrik Elvestad, Kristine Grændsen, and Martin Lepperød.
- On the 11th of January 2022, it was announced that, due to high levels of Covid-19 infection, the recording sessions were to be slightly rescheduled, and audience capacity might have to be reduced. The new sessions were scheduled to take place between the 23rd and 31st of January 2022.
- On the 7th of February 2022, it was announced that the season would begin airing on the 24th of February 2022.
