Kate puts on an accent

Kate adopts a made-up, non-region-specific accent to place her order, requesting “the biggest one you have”, to avoid saying the words ‘extra large’.
When she asks the pizzeria worker for “flat meat, like a tiny circle”, they suggest pepperoni to her.
To avoid saying ‘pineapple’ Kate asks for a yellow fruit which some people have with ham. To avoid saying ‘pepper’ she asks for the thing in the other shaker to salt.
To make the pizzeria worker say the word ‘bubbles’ Kate claims that the order is for someone named Barbara, nickname ‘Bubbles’, then asks them to repeat that as confirmation.
Kate is awarded fourth place and 2 points for her pizza, but gets the bonus point for making the worker say ‘bubbles’, so nets 3 points.
