Lisa gets hung up on, multiple times

Lisa opens the pizza box and calls the number inside without opening the task brief first. When the pizzeria answers the call, she says “Hang on. This is Lisa. How are you?”, while trying to open the task envelope with one hand.

Having read the task brief, she starts off by saying, quite aggressively, “Now listen to me. You know the round things you sell?”. When the pizzeria worker answers “We have a calzone, but it doesn’t come with sauce”, Lisa shouts at him “The flat thing!”.

To get around asking for an ‘extra large’ pizza, Lisa asks what the biggest size they have is, and the man on the phone replies that it’s “large”. Lisa responds “No it’s not! Can you make more, mine a little more big?”.

She then asks the man what toppings they have. When the man starts talking, she shouts “Shush! You go through them, and I’ll say yes or no.” At this point, the pizzeria worker simply hangs up on her.

After Lisa calls them back, and they eventually answer, she asks them if they have any fruit they can put on top, and they hang up on her again.

Unable to finish her order on the phone, Lisa writes it out and gives it to Alex to take to the pizzeria.

In the studio, it’s revealed that Lisa’s pizza was the closest to the desired order, so she wins the task and earns 5 points.
