Phil argues that an open box is not a box

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Phil tried to claim that the boxes he had made were not boxes as they were open on one side. He taped the boxes together before raising them up to form a tower. As Greg decided an open box was still a box, Phil's tower was measure after the first 5 minutes, making his tower 75cm tall (a box with the flaps opens).
