Ed's impossible edible egg timer

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Ed laid out 360 edible items on a table (including Maltesers, grapes, and Wotsits) and instructed him to eat one item every second. As Alex could not physically eat one item every second, his egg timer lasted 18 minutes and 32 seconds.
