Jo's Covid-19 communications strategy

Jo brings in a paper placemat from the Quebecois fast-food chain La Belle Province.

He claims he was in one of the restaurants on 11 March 2020 and saw François Legault (the Premier of Quebec since 2018) get up and leave the placemat behind.

He says that the crayon-scrawled text on the mat was the Premier's communications strategy for handling Covid-19. The (translated) text says:

Managing tuff moment
-It's gonna be okay
-White wine = stress reducer
-Send 'em home
-Small party only
-Gotta take it easy

'It's gonna be okay' was Quebec's actual Covid-19 slogan.

Louis awards the prize second place.
