Christine's lemon-y cocktail

Christine begins well, selecting some equipment and ingredients without exceeding the limit.

However, the sound of the knife hitting the cutting board as she cuts through the lemon is very loud, as is the sound of a decanter being returned to the cart, and a stopper being removed from another decanter.

She manages to carefully shake something inside the cocktail mixer, using her hand as its lid, without exceeding the limit.

She also managed to add some cranberry juice to the mixer, and remove the flesh from a lemon with her fingers, without making any noise.

She then pours her cocktail into the empty half lemon peel, balanced on top of a metal spirit measure, making it the drink receptacle.

She names her finished cocktail 'Citronquille icitte' [a pun on 'It's quiet here'].

Antoine enjoys her cocktail, and appreciated the presentation inside a lemon peel.

Louis also appreciated her unique presentation, and awards her first place.
