Sarah's dangerous mandoline

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Sarah brings in a mandoline vegetable slicer, from which she says she threw away the part called the 'finger protector', leading her to take the top of her finger off while slicing courgettes. Greg judges that the mandoline is actually quite a useful item, if used properly, but decides to award Sarah two points, rather than one, since she cut off part of her finger with it.
