Johnny attempts to actually paddle the boat

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Johnny thought he had to treat the ground like water, using the paddles to steer the boat around the hall, at one point swiping the air with the paddles in an attempt to move the boat. He put all the exercise balls in the hoops in 22 minutes.
