Christian takes the direct approach

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Christian initially tries to use some hose to blow the ball out of the tube. When this fails, he asks Mark to leave the room and tries to detach the tube from its base. He finally decides to take the direct approach of extracting the ball through the side of the tube, using a blowtorch to melt the PVC. He succeeds after 14 minutes and 7 seconds, placing second in the task.
