Recurring bits

Christian arrived on location eating something different at the beginning of each of his tasks.

The list of things he appears to have eaten includes the following:

• A sausage
• An ice lolly
• A chilli pepper
• A large chocolate coin
• Pre-sliced cheese
• Some kind of cracker or biscuit
• A slice of pizza
• An apple
• A cucumber
• A raw onion
• A wheel of Camembert cheese
• A large spring onion, or small leek
• A wedge of lemon
• The mystery contents of an unlabelled tin can
• A large bottle of coke
• A lollipop
• Part of a paper cup

It looks as if this recurring bit is set to continue, as a teaser clip for the upcoming Champion of Champions special shows him taking a bite out of a large stick of bread.
