Mehdi attempts to use a lampshade as a funnel
Mehdi initially stands a few feet from the table and tries throwing the teabags into the mug from there.
He then backs away further, and is able to score a shot from 3.3 metres away.
He then steps even further back, and tries the scattershot approach of throwing a handful of teabags at the mug, which does not appear to be successful.
He then removes the conical lampshade from one of the lamps in the room, and uses that as a funnel, with the mug in the corner of the room, to apparently score a shot from the other side of the room.
As Antoine runs the tape measure over to measure the distance, Mehdi pulls the tape towards himself, trying to get him to measure a longer distance.
Antoine gives a measurement of 7.85 metres.
However, after he leaves the room, Antoine reveals that the teabag never actually made it into the mug below, so the shot does not count anyway.
Based on his previous successful shot, Louis initially awards him joint third place.
However, he then reduces it to last place based on the fact that Mehdi attempted to cheat.
