Biography

Mehdi Bousaidan (born in Algeria in 1991) is a comedian, improviser and screenwriter who lives in Quebec.

A graduate of l'École nationale de l'humour [National School of Humour] in Montreal, and a finalist in the 'En route vers mon premier gala Juste pour rire' competition ['On the way to my first Just for Laughs'], he made a name for himself by playing the main character of the television series Med on VRAK TV between 2015 and 2018.

In 2017, he participated in the film De père en flic 2 [From Father to Cop 2].

He played his first dramatic role in 2020, playing Raïd Bouhidel in the series Mon fils [My Son].
