Mehdi completes the task with the task brief itself
Mehdi starts out by putting the scale's own display, on its stand, on it, which only weights 6.835kg.
He then puts three stanchions on the scale, along with the two lengths of velvet rope attached to them, before adding a brick, reaching 32.255kg.
He removes one of the velvet ropes, bringing the weight back down to about 31.7kg.
He then starts adding individual pairs of scissors, reaching the weight of 31.74kg, before fetching and adding a musical shaker, pushing it up to 31.785kg.
Removing the shaker, he adds some unidentified plastic item, making the weight up to 31.770kg, though it continues to fluctuate back down to 31.765kg as Antoine tries to count out five seconds.
Before stepping away from the machine to eliminate any effect from his own movement, he drops the task brief itself on the pile, and a stable weight of 31.770kg is achieved for the necessary time.
In the studio, Antoine reveals that Mehdi took 5 minutes and 26 seconds to complete the task, earning fourth place.
