Charlotte's tropical storm

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Charlotte create a tropical storm by: getting Alex to hold a colander under a hose over the island to recreate rain; crackling a water bottle to make thunder; turning the light on and off and waving a torch to create lightning; and using her breath to recreate wind strong enough to knock the model of Alex over. She received 5 points.
