Jamali's apocalyptic weather

Here's a brief description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working writing up more detail!

Jamali tried to create lightning by shining a torch on the model and using a blow torch to set the model on fire. He then used a leaf blower and a bottle of water to create rain before pouring buckets filled with stones onto the island as 'hail'. He received 2 points.
