Paul's dreadlock hairband

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Paul brings in a light-up hairband with colourful attached fake dreadlocks. He claims that it can be used to become a Rastafarian, without actually becoming a Rastafarian. Paul earns second place.
