Sofie slices her food item in twain

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Sofie chooses the newspaper and the tart. She takes what she declares is the newspaper’s strongest page, and folds the newspaper in half to create a thick, blunt edge. She successfully pushes the newspaper through the tart. Sofie’s tart halves weigh 335g and 241g, for a difference of 94g. Sofie comes third.
