Julia's pocket cremator
Julia brings in a lighter so that she can be cremated after she's buried, rather than just decomposing in the ground.
She appears to have not considered how that might work, since she would be dead, and there would be no-one else in there with her to perform the cremation.
Tom Gleeson points out that it's probably not even possible to cremate someone with a lighter, and awards her last place.
