Toy retrieves the table tennis ball

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Toy starts by pouring liquid, but quickly discovers the holes in the pipe. He finds some latex gloves, and slides them onto the pipe, but they don’t do an effective enough job at holding the liquid in the pipe. His solution for this problem is to pour a lot more liquid into the pipe, more quickly. When this strategy fails, Toy uses electrical tape to tape the holes up, and successfully removes the table tennis ball by causing the pipe to overflow. Toy takes 12 minutes and earns fourth place.
