Inês makes body part abnormally long

Inês makes her already visibly pregnant belly 3.65m in diameter. It is revealed as Nuno helps Inês breathe through a particularly rough contraction while she’s ‘in labour’. Vasco thinks they were all excellent and awards everyone first place.
