Manuel puts something big through a doughnut

Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.

Manuel declares that he wants to avoid passing anything phallic through the doughnut. He gets an idea, leaves the room, and comes back with a knife and a cutting board. He declares that he’s had an ‘egg of Columbus’ moment – something brilliant that seems so simple in hindsight. Manuel cuts out part of the inside of the doughnut to make the hole bigger. Manuel passes a 40cm rolling pin of 17.5cm circumference through the doughnut hole, and earns second place.
