Julia quietly honks her horn

Julia does not attempt to dampen the sound of the ute's horn in any way, as Tom Cashman stands at the front of the vehicle and holds his decibel meter to the bonnet.

Her short tap on the horn ends up being just 5dbs louder than Jimmy's, so she loses the episode tie-breaker.
