Nina focuses on pee-pee and poo-poo

Upon meeting Dr Joel, Nina spots his white coat and confirms with him that he is a scientist.

She then checks that his American accent is also for real, before putting on a bad American accent herself.

After finding out that he is from Minnesota, she asks him what the defining feature of that state is, and he responds that it is Prince. She misinterprets this as 'prints', as in 'pawprints', so Dr Joel has to clarify by saying "The artist formerly known as...".

Nina's strategy is to make the doctor say "poo" and "pee" as much as possible, through the use of a series of awful 'knock-knock' jokes, such as "Knock-knock. Who's there? I did a p-. I did a p-who?".

This escalates to the point where she's just making him say "pee-pee poo-poo" over and over again, and her time ends with her dancing like an idiot while singing "poopy, poopy, poopy, yummy poopy in my tummy-tummy".

On her way out of the lab, Nina then fakes out the doctor by withdrawing a proffered handshake.

In the studio, Tom Gleeson points out that Nina looked very foolish in her attempt, but acknowledges that she also made the doctor seem foolish by making him say "pee-pee poo-poo" over and over again. He therefore awards her first place.
