Edvin uses sponges
Here's a description of the contestant's attempt. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to illustrate it.
Edvin grabs some long tubes from the shed, and starts making a pipe system to run from the water box to the bathtub. However, he quickly abandons this plan when his time starts running out, instead opting for a large bowl, a series of jars, and several sponges. Edvin plans on filling the small jars directly from the tap and pouring the water into the large bowl, then running the bowl down to the bathtub. He also plans for the sponges to soak up any stray water. When the water starts, Edvin immediately holds one of the jars over the spray, before realising he can use the sponges to soak up some of the water and then squeeze the sponges into the jar. After the water stops, Edvin takes the jar and sponges down to the bathtub and pours/squeezes the water into it. Edvin moves 1.45 litres of water, which earns him third place.
